Saturday’s BBQ & street food masters include:

Genevieve Taylor

Live fire and BBQ expert, Genevieve Taylor is the author of thirteen cookery books including the bestselling trilogy, CHARRED, a complete guide to vegetarian barbecue, SEARED, on good meat cooked over good fire and SCORCHED, a bible to barbecued fish and seafood.

A committed omnivore, Genevieve is on a mission to prove that great BBQ isn’t just about Man vs.
Meat. Through her classes at Bristol Fire School and touring festivals all over the world she loves showing people that everything and anything can be cooked over live fire.

When she’s not cooking with fire, Genevieve can usually be found outside walking her dogs in the woods, growing a few good things to eat on her Bristol allotment or listening to rather a lot of music just a little bit too loud.
